Tobby

Managing Director

The company was formed by Tobby, Managing Director, and Person of Significant Control, who as a qualified Mental Health nurse believes that with the correct support and environment Young People can move from what may have been troubled backgrounds and make the right choices about their future. For about 16 years she has worked in social care settings in various capacities including being a Charge Nurse CAMHS in-patient unit, assessment units as CAMHS Nurse as well as managing Elderly in-patient units. In business and commerce, Tobby has a qualification in advanced diploma in business administration; has a wealth of transferrable skills from her many roles which included helping to run a successful family business. She also worked considerably in the private sector in capacities that saw her gain experience in human resource management and customer care. Outside work time spent with my children is such a blessing, which I truly treasure.

Craig

Non-Executive Director

Craig has worked as a consultant in the Care Sector since 2010 having worked with a diverse range of clients within Children Homes, 16 – 18 Supported Living, Supported Living – Adult, Care Homes, and Domiciliary Care. Prior to 2010 Craig worked across industry sector – Private, Public and Local Authority where the latter in a role supporting the Chief Executive to deliver Transformational and Financial change. Craig’s role as Non-Executive Director in supporting EliAli MPC is providing direct support to the management team in areas of Quality Assurance, Governance, Supervision and growing the portfolio of commissioned Young People and Children placed at the properties.

Away from work Craig’s interests are family history, rugby, DIY, and spending time with the family. To set the record straight, hours spent Gardening are not an interest but a necessity to maintain the jungle!

Michael

Care Coordinator

Michael is a young, enthusiastic, committed member of staff who has been working at Eliali MPC since 2016 part time and joined on fulltime basis as from 2019. He relates very well with the young people and motivates them to achieve their aspirations. In addition to this, he is responsible of promoting Eliali’s core values and fulfil, further the aims and objectives of the service. He has a Biomedical Science Bsc (Hons) and gained his level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Child Care while working at Eliali. He is very good at building trusting therapeutic relationships with the young people with excellent outcomes. Outside work football is refreshing!

Laura

Team Manager

Laura has worked in a social care setting for nearly 10 years, gained NVQ’S including level 5. She has worked in different setting in including adults, young people with mental health and disabilities. She has been an excellent team leader at Eliali MPC supporting staff with our young people to achieve their goals. We have had great outcomes which among these includes 3 YP going into university in 2022. Laura is excellent at building professional working relationship with young people working through person centred care plans. In addition to this her role includes upskilling the team and promoting Eliali core values. Away from work Laura enjoys family, cycling and holidays abroad.

Lina

Team Leader

Lina has been working in a social care setting since 2015. She has a wonderful personality and young people find her very approachable. She joined Eliali in 2019 and was put on NVQ level 3 training. She has worked her way up to team leader. She is capable of building trusting relationships with young people which makes it possible to involve young people in creating and ownership of their person-centred plans. Lina is an excellent cook and young people love those cooking sessions with Lina. She enjoys cooking and time with her family.
